We were looking for these collars from the big box stores and other on-line sites. Found The Deck Barn’s site and saw pricing was favorable. Bought 2 , 1 fit like a glove , the other 1 was to tight I put vaseoline
on it and was able to get it on to the baluster you sent (had a lot marking on the finish of baluster from forcing it on .
Then 1 of the set screws didn’t work in the basket . this basket was just a misfit….
How ever would order them again … that’s a 50% avg.
