I really appreciated the customer service & quick response when I needed to amend my order. When they arrived, they were what I wanted. My only comment was that I thought they would be sanded better, but that’s something I definately can do myself. The spindles arrived quickly and just as described. Your customer service rep was courteous and helpful and took the time to call back with the cost of shipping. Aside from the fact that half my name was discarded by your shipping dept. (probably a man stuck in tradition mores and, by the way, I sent an email asking to have it corrected to my legal name but it was still wrong on the boxes that arrived here), I was pleased with the product.
