S.O Length means special order. Add sizes in notes when this option is chosen. Sizes available for this option is size 24″ to 48″ (MINIMUM 10PCS) 1, 2 or no hole only with this option.
S.O 1 Off means Single length 1 pcs from size 24″ to 48″ 1, 2 or no hole only with this option.
This product can be custom ordered to almost any length. However, special length options are only available in one or two holes. The stock sizes are 32 1/4″ – 44″ 2 hole only. If you require a length longer than 48″ it will cost different. you will need a quote so please call us.

This product can be custom ordered to almost any size, with either 1 hole or 2 depending upon your preference. 32 1/4 and 44″ is the stock size anything under 32 1/4 ” is $6.00. Anything over 44″ must be quoted. you cannot order 1 of 8 different sizes and wonder why the price changes. it is a special job requires time……. we can do 40 at a time and all stays the same. each different sizes requires set up. which has to be quoted. special order 1 offs meaning I need 1 of this and 1 of that is 10.00 ea + delivery
You can also have no holes as well just advise in notes when placing order.
S/O Means Special Order. Write size in notes you need. 1 hole or 2 hole only product is punched not drilled (only length is custom, Holes cannot be custom set)

We needed approximately 300 aluminum balusters to update our deck and stair cases. I called to inquire about stock delay. First, my call was picked up immediately by a LIVE person! Second, I was assured they could fill my request in little time. Third, I was encouraged to call back if there were any issues. GREAT IMPRESSION. At delivery, our black aluminum balusters were packed well in smaller amounts with shrink-wrap prior to boxing. They looked great, but not as great as they did after installation!

5 overall, heavily waited on the rapid delivery – less than 6 days! The powder coating was done before the machining, so some minor flaws around the screw holes.
