New Tech Wood Warranty Information
20 Years Limited Warranty For NewTechWood WPC’s Decking and Railing
This warranty is valid for NewTechWood Wood Plastic Composite Decking and Railing.
Best Products Ltd. (Hereinafter “Manufacturer”) will replace any NewTechWood Composite Decking and Railing product used in the proper application which splinters, flakes, corrodes, or becomes structurally un-fit from rotting, splitting, warping, cupping, checks, or damage caused by termites or fungal decay within 20 years from the date of purchase.
This Warranty does not cover the cost of installation, removal of debris/waste, reinstallation, color variations or fading.
The Manufacturer’s sole obligation is limited to replacement of NewTechWood Composite Decking and Railing only and shall have no further obligation or liability except as stated herein.
The Manufacturer may elect to pay a percentage of the original purchase price under the Prorated Schedule within the warranty in lieu of replacement of NewTechWood Composite Decking and Railing.
Limitations:
This Warranty does not apply to any NewTechWood Composite Decking and Railing which is:
• damaged by physical abuse, acts of God, acts of war
• has not been installed in accordance with provided installation guidelines, local building codes, deed restricted community rules and regulations
• has been abused and /or placed under abnormal residential or commercial applications
• as been used, modified or otherwise treated in a manner not intended by The Manufacturer
• a malfunction of any product not provided by the Manufacturer with which NewTechWood Composite Decking and Railing is used or combined.
• normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover product defects on installed decks that were apparent at or prior to installation.
Failure to follow or notice any restrictions supplied with the product or not in accordance with local building codes, deed restricted community rules and regulations shall make the warranty null and void and of no further effect.
The Manufacturer reserves the right to inspect the materials, investigate any and all claims in which a claim has been made. Any and all construction utilizing NewTechWood Composite Decking and Railing must be in accordance with all local zoning and or building codes. The Consumer/Contractor assumes all risk and liability associated with the construction and use of NewTechWood Composite Decking and Railing. Best Products Ltd. recommends taking all necessary steps to ensure the safety of everyone involved in the use and construction of NewTechWood Composite Decking and Railing, but not limited to, wearing/using the proper safety equipment.
In obtaining refund or replacement, the original owner must submit its claim along with this warranty certificate, original purchase invoice noting purchase date, pictures of defective products and a detailed description to:

Manufacturer’s warranty shall apply only to NewTechWood products. In no event shall manufacturer be liable for labor or other expenses incurred by the purchaser, or special, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind of manufacturer’s liability arising out of the manufacture, sale or supply of the NewTechWood products or their use, whether based upon warranty, contract, tort or otherwise shall not exceed the actual purchase price paid by the purchaser for the NewTechWood products.
The Consumer/Contractor acknowledges that NewTechWood composite Decking and Railing products are not structural lumber and therefor may not be used as such. The Purchaser is solely responsible for the use and application of any and all NewTechWood Composite Decking and Railing products determining suitability, and compliance with applicable building and safety codes for a specific application.
The Manufacturer shall not be bound by any statement or representation as to the performance of NewTechWood Composite Decking and Railing other than what is contained in this warranty. No person or entity is authorized by the Manufacturer to make such statements or representations. This Warranty shall not be amended or altered except in written form and signed by the Manufacturer and Purchaser.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranties expressed or implied as to the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement with respect to NewTechWood Composite Decking and Railing.
In no case shall the Manufacturer be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on implied warranties. This warranty shall be read and construed subject to any such statutory provisions. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
